These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Cited Alpha website, mobile application, and related services operated by Genvox Inc. By accessing or using Cited Alpha, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Cited Alpha. If you use Cited Alpha on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Cited Alpha only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or resell the service except as allowed by law.
• Use Cited Alpha to violate the rights of others or to distribute unlawful or harmful content.
• Interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing terms, and renewal terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, paid plans renew automatically until canceled.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund by contacting CitedAlpha@163.com within seven (7) days after an initial purchase or renewal. We review refund requests case by case and may approve a refund when there is a duplicate charge, a billing error, unauthorized use of your payment method, or a material service failure that prevents reasonable use of the paid features.

Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method within ten (10) business days after approval, although the final posting time may depend on the payment processor or your financial institution. Unless required by law or expressly approved by us, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused subscription time, promotional discounts, account inactivity, dissatisfaction after substantial use of paid features, or termination caused by a violation of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Cited Alpha, its software, branding, content, and related materials are owned by Genvox Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.

6. Third-Party Services and Sources

Cited Alpha may surface content, links, or data from third-party services and public sources. We do not control third-party materials and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or policies.

7. No Investment, Legal, or Professional Advice

Cited Alpha provides financial research tools and decision support workflows. Cited Alpha does not provide investment, legal, accounting, or other professional advice, and nothing in the service should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

8. Disclaimers

Cited Alpha is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genvox Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of Cited Alpha.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Cited Alpha if you violate these terms, create risk for other users or the service, or if we are required to do so by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
