2. Your Account

3. Permitted Use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing terms, and renewal terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, paid plans renew automatically until canceled.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund by contacting support@forgepane.com within seven (7) days after an initial purchase or renewal. We review refund requests case by case and may approve a refund when there is a duplicate charge, a billing error, unauthorized use of your payment method, or a material service failure that prevents reasonable use of the paid features.

Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method within ten (10) business days after approval, although the final posting time may depend on the payment processor or your financial institution. Unless required by law or expressly approved by us, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused subscription time, promotional discounts, account inactivity, dissatisfaction after substantial use of paid features, or termination caused by a violation of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Cited Alpha, its software, branding, content, and related materials are owned by Xu Hao (徐昊) or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.
